We specialize in larger scale, custom residential additions and remodels. These can be whole house remodels, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and/or room additions. We create open floor plans in kitchen and living areas that can increase our client’s quality of life and the value of their homes.

We don’t advertise and believe our work speaks for itself. So here are a few pictures of our recent remodeling and addition projects:

Because every remodels and addition project are all different, here are a few of the major categories of construction projects we do in the Tracy, CA area.

Whole House Remodels

Lately, we’ve been contracting quite a few whole-house remodels. These usually involve an older home in a nicer area that our clients want to improve. We remodel the kitchen, bathrooms, add onto them, and fix up the entire interior and exterior of the home. Updating and remodeling every aspect of the space our clients live in. These whole-house remodels increase the quality of life and the value of the home and neighborhoods.

Kitchen Remodels

Other common projects we contract are kitchen remodels. Most of the time we gut the entire kitchen and start from scratch. We shuffle appliances, windows, doors, walls and the entire floor plan around. The thought of increasing both the aesthetics and functionality of a kitchen during a remodel absolutely inspires us. Residential Additions

These can run the gamut from adding just a bedroom, to an entire wing onto your home. Whatever type of addition your home needs, we can design and build anything. We find more times than not, an older home doesn’t need as much of an addition as clients think when they come to us. Sometimes a small kitchen addition or a bay window popout can open up enough space for an island or kitchen table. And it gives our clients homes the functionality it was lacking.

Open Floor Plans

This one’s a biggie, and we usually open floor plans up in most of our remodels and additions. The process can seem difficult because we’re moving walls, pouring concrete support footings under the house, and installing a large beam to support the structure above. But this is something we are fully capable of taking on and love doing. Not to mention we like hiding beams in your ceiling whenever possible, so it doesn’t look like we opened it up.
